Resizable column header

Sigma grid allows end users to resize the column widths by clicking and dragging the header cell borders. The following example demonstrates how end user can resize column run-timely.

By default, all the columns are resizable. Developer can disable the feature for some specfic column. In the following sample, end users can not resize employee and all bills column.
